Consent Forms

Section 117(5) stipulates that the applicant must have obtained the necessary consents and agreements from the individuals who have agreed to become directors, secretaries, and members of the company at the time of lodging the application.

These consents and agreements must be provided to the company after registration and kept as part of the company’s records.
